Free Range Documentaries specialises in short-form documentary content to bring out the good in people. Formerly based in Australia, Free Range is now a UK-based company, working in this island and around the world.
Our creative director is Tyler Freeman Smith, a versatile filmmaker with a degree in Environmental Science, a Masters in Environmental Humanities, and a fellow of the Royal Geographical Society and the Peter Cullen Trust. Tyler excels in finding stories in science, and finding the right pictures to tell the story. Free Range works with freelance producers, editors, camera operators and sound recordists to minimise carbon miles and increase creative capacity.
